Amazing croissants ! Their buttery flakyness have been the closest I’ve had in the states that resembled what I’ve had in Paris. Wish I lived closer to stop by more often !

Anjou addict, so mind the bias...one the way home I was telling my husband that if there were croissant requirements, this crispy yet tender chocolatine would meet all of them: internally chewy, great outer crust, soft density & ample chocolate, not over sugared but graced by a sparkle over the shelled top plus not grossly sized - just right. The texture, taste, & even sound are so great! Can't wait til next Thursday!!!
