John's is a small neighborhood store in Monroe, Georgia. They recently had a huge remodeling and makeover and added a deli and in-store eatery. Store is very clean. Meats are reasonably priced and good. Limited name brands on the shelves and would say if you are looking for something specific that would not be a routine item in a typical normal southern meal, you may need to hit a Kroger or like store. We go to John's three or so times a week for meats and fresh veg and do big pantry type shopping at big box stores John's is a nice place with friendly staff, especially in the meat market. Cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a grocery store!
FANTASTIC meat prices. Butcher on location. This store has everything I need. Very fresh produce. Very clean bathrooms. And a yummy Bistro with really good homemade dishes...including chicken salad and chicken tetrazzini. Oh my yummmmmmm ud83eudd24ud83eudd24ud83eudd24
John’s is absolutely fantastic! Everyone there is super friendly/helpful and they honestly have the BEST meat prices out of anyone.
After remodeling their parking lot is too small for how many cars and people go but I love the prices and meats
Been going to John's since opened in 1965 and never disappointed. Great place and great people! Mr. Thompson was a great man!! Still love going here. Best meats anywhere.
