This location never seems to have what I need. The website says it's in stock, then I get to the store and it's nowhere to be found. And forget about finding someone to help... They never seem to have enough people on the floor. The customer service is exceptional though. Never have a problem at checkout out or with returns.

Worst store ever, no one answers the phone, line long as the Nile river, employees acts as if you’re not standing there! Employees having conversation about the store’s business, “ I been up here all day by myself with no help” at this point where is the manager! I made a online order on 3/20/21, they brought me a dinted up deep freezer so they took it back and now it’s 4/6/2021 and I still haven’t received my deep freezer! Just refund me my money and I will go to Best Buy !!!!!

I purchased a new husqvarna zero turn mower online. This would’ve been my third mower purchased online from Lowe’s. When the mower arrived, it came with no paperwork, warranty info, owners manual, etc. no gas. Dead battery. No spare key. No attachment for the deck to be cleaned. Once I charged the battery, put gas in the mower and started it, the lawnmower runtime indicated that the mower already had 36.9 hours on it. That’s a whole summer of cutting my property. The mower is supposed to have an oil change at 10 hours. I realized I was sold a used mower, so I immediately turned the mower off and contacted Lowe’s. When I called to have the mower picked up, I was told that I would not be refunded until I drove to the store. I don’t have time to drive to the store; that’s why I ordered the mower online. I want Lowe’s to undo everything they did and return my money. I will not purchase mowers from Lowe’s in the future or other expensive items from the online. I pass tractor supply and Home Depot to buy items from Lowe’s. I don’t think I will use Lowe’s anymore. I would like for the person who tried to sell me a used mower to be held accountable.

Only 2 check out counters open and they were not working properly. Customer asked where were all the cashiers. Cashier replied, they were out with covid, because customers refuse to wear mask. The cashier had to assist me 3 times for 1 item, scanner didn't work, computer needed cashiers code. This was pretty consistent for the 6 customers ahead of me. The price did ring up property.

Always get great service at the Conyers Lowe’s. Recently ordered some flooring materials and install, Joanne in the flooring department is the absolute best!
