David text my phone every day harassing me or with threats if I’m a day late . Wouldn’t recommend. Give them a fake # if don’t wanna be harassed! The people who wrote 5 stars reviews are friends and family of his.
Looks like refurbished furniture and appliances. Cheap quality.
I’m not one to write a bad review but This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The people who helped me when I originally got the equipment were very nice and professional. Then I came across the Regional Manager David who is a bully and very unprofessional. He claims the be corporate and that there is nobody above his head which is a lie. I’ve asked him before to not text my personal phone in which he continued to harass me by texting everyday. They have no grace period even if it’s only a couple days late and when you make the payment they charge you 2 weeks verses just the past due without your permission. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. No matter how desperate you are for furniture go elsewhere unless you are wanting to be treated like are a piece of trash!
Alicia PhilpartnnJust had an accident in vehicle having to turn off phone and gain a new one; Spoke with employee who came to my door and walked off in mid conversation in the meantime of speaking to a young lady from office. I in turn called to speak to district manager and he was extremely rude and obnoxious. Told a bold face lie of me cursing and employee which never happened based on hearsay of him listening while I was speaking to the young lady. Manager and ladies in store are extremely nice and helpful.... District Manager is pathetic!!!
Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! The guy Anthony I think that’s his name he’s extremely RESPECTFUL and doesn’t seem like he fits in a place filled with disrespectful ppl!
