Manager on duty was so helpful. I was in the week before Christma and the item I was looking for was on sale. The following week, I came to purchase and the sale was over, but he discounted it for me anyway. Then proceeded to find me a box to make wrapping so much easier.
I received A+ excellent service for my first visit today. I was greeted when I walked in, and received customer service immediately. Courtney, one of the workers there, went above and beyond assisting me with the amp and guitar I purchased today. I look forward to shopping there again in the near future for additional guitar accessories. Satisfied*
This is a wonderful store! The staff is very friendly and experienced in all things musical!
I ordered a clarinet mouth piece online and request curbside pickup. The order processed but there was delay. I called the Conyers store. The store manager, Patrick Dwyer, graciously changed the order and mailed the piece to my residence. He went above and beyond to assist.
