The customer service was very superb!! The sales representative and I had so much in common. She and I love Game of Thrones. We talk for over 30 minutes. She was very helpful and professional and got my order just right. Thank you Best Buy!!
Maybe it's post-Covid reality & I just wasn't aware, but the store is practically bare & closed early on a Saturday. You might as well order online for all the success you'll have here. On the positive side, customer service on the floor was A+.
Took our work computer to Best Buy and spoke to Sales person in Geek Squad. Told him the problem. He examined the computer and told us one side was broken/damaged. Instead of buying a new computer, he gave us the option of purchasing a hub and using it on the other side of our computer to plug in the head set, the mouse, and the keypad. When we got home, we used the hub and plugged in everything and everything worked just fine. Geek Squad really know their stuff! Great experience from the time we walked into the store, everyone was courteous and very helpful.
