I spent over an hour here today getting two new phones sorted out and Jessica made it a joy! She was incredibly knowledgeable, offered suggestions, and was just a pleasure to interact with. She's also the first Verizon person in the history of the world who didn't try to pressure me into buying accessories which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
I always come back to this location because of the great customer service! Jessica was amazing! She was courteous, knew her phones and plan services, and she helped me to select a great phone for my uncle! Thanks and keep up the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Keith was very patient and understanding during my phone and case selection. He was very knowledgeable of the process and the products. He tried very hard to find me the case I wanted when they didn't have it in stock. This was the best experience I have had at any Verizon (not that I have complaints about any of the others). He even remembered my name when I returned to pick up my phone after it had to be ordered.
