Ok just got the phone with rent a center tell me why she said I don’t qualify for the five dollars a week short term with someone to be buying it and losing value I was like isn’t that why I call Rent-A-Center she was like is for people who do a month-to-month price I was like OK how much is it she was like 1000 I was like no that’s OK I will take my service to Lowe’s insteadAnd her negotiable was horrible as hell

I don't know about everyone else but I have had very good experiences with RAC. Vickie, Sheena, Anthony and Justin have been very helpful to me and my family. I do love that they have the latest in appliances, furniture and electronics and that they provide flexible lease options and affordable rates. I love love love the excellent customer service, product service and delivery service. Excellent Job Team keep it up !!!
After waiting ALLLL DAY for a delivery... Well let’s start from the beginning, after being told NO living room set I wanted was available. I finally got one that was available. After waiting all day the delivers stopped at the bottom of my stairs and just complained about how he couldn’t bring it in. They never even tried just stood there. Then had the lady Vicky call me to tell me they could leave it in the garage for someone else to bring if in! Worst furniture delivery ever.
