I've been trying for days to order an ice cream cake from here for my mother's birthday. Not available online at all. Then, called and the employee stated there were none in stock and she didn't know when they'd come in. So, instead, decided to order ice cream cupcakes and ice cream sandwich cookies through Grubhub, but Grubhub called and told me the person working said to cancel the order because those items require 48 hours notice. Very different from the Cold Stone where I live (in West Palm Beach, FL) where I was able to order a pre-made Ice Cream Cake and have it delivered with writing on it within 2 hours. Definitely hard to do business with this location, if you don't live in-town.
The employees are ghetto. Online it states the store closes at 9. I placed an order at 820pm. Got to the store at 840 and the staff members locked the store and ignored me. I stood there with two other customers for approximately 5 minutes while your employees ignored us. Just ghetto and low class. My card was charged but I will be gettin a refund!nnUpdate: I went back the next day and the manager was very apologetic. She refunded my money and gave me free ice cream!
My husband and I came to cold stone and we were in line for over an hour. There were only two employees working and both worked very slow as almost 20 people waited inside patiently and a the line continued out the door. About 8 people turned away after waiting over 30min and not moving. The staff is very slow and poorly managed. This has been my worst Cold Stone experience to date.
Upon entering the store I noticed the employee was wearing his mask on his chin. I politely asked if he would cover his nose like I I was doing. He responded “no” if I do it for you I have to do it for everyone. I did not purchase anything.
They need to close this location or hire new managers and employees. On a Sunday afternoon there are only 2 people working. The line is out the door and they have no sense of urgency. They are always understaffed and extremely slow. Don’t waste your time
