No selection of donuts in the afternoon!
Every time I order whether online or at drive through, they are slow and inconsistent. Even when there's not much customers. They always have new people take on orders by themselves and continuous inconsistencies. Be wary of ordering here, even a simple cup of coffee will be mostly water or milk and not brewed correctly. Needs new management and better training of employees.
Waited for 10 min in drive thru with no service ..they didn't even attempt to ask me what i want...verrrry poor services
The coffee is good, the people are nice, the drive through service is horrible. It looks like they are trying to manipulate customer wait times by only taking one order at a time. It took me 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Staff up or shut it down.
If your suppose to open at 5 then be open. Once againnWent by at 6am no lights on no answer at drivethrunDoor locked. Called very rude lady answered when asked if open was yes ok can you answer the speaker. Nothing. Left went to another location (Salem rd. Was absolutely a great experience )nDrove back by 138 location still no lights on dark and people driving off. This location has a manager problem that needs addressed.
