I've been to this location more then a few times. It can be super easy to order ahead and then pick it up on my way into work. (I work 3rd shift.) The customer service can be a real hit or miss though. I'm not always dealing with the most pleasant people. I understand that not everyone can be happy and bubbly, I'm sure not. However I also don't need to hear the attitude in your voice bc your frustrated with a request. Just because I want to change my bread or cheese. Better service would earn another star. I also was disappointed when I requested light greens on my chicken salad and was greeted by MOSTLY greens and no chicken salad. It was very sad.
I have never had any bad food from Panera! My food is always great and delicious, plus it's great at keeping down on the calories and the budget! 10/10 would recommend!

Friendly Staff. Ordered Bagels which were fresh.
This place has very nice and patient workers. I ordered at the window and could not remember the name of an item. The lady at the window was very patient with me and never got irritated with my lack of memory. When I pulled around and did not have my rewards card she was patient enough to type my phone number so I would receive the credit for coming. I will say customer service from her was top notch, even when she had a long line of people she never panic or rushed me off. I wished I could give her name but in my opinion she was awesome.
