Only gave it a 3 star just because their food is actually good. Been going there for years because their portions vs price was pretty fair. However recently their prices have just skyrocketed ridiculously. Oxtail went from $15 to $22. Not worth it. Gotta find another Caribbean spot. Any suggestions are welcomed.nAnd what is a service fee???
Food is good but there’s been a price increase. The lunch special went up $1.30. Not too bad but my last experience there, the lady dug through the pan to find me the smallest pieces of chicken that was in there. More money and less food? Nah, I’m good. They’ll NEVER get another buck from me. So long, Golden Krust of Conyers!
Delicious meals every time. Staff is awesome. Customer service very good. The mood, music and food is so Jamaica. Home cook shop away from home!
I live in the area and order from you time to time. The food is very good but the rice could use a flavor boost. My reason for 3 stars is because you need to tell people when you are selling plant based fake meat patties disguised as beef patties. Everyone is not converting to this diet!! I feel like I was tricked just to make a sell! I was sold this item without warning and very very disappointed in the taste. I threw it away and wasted my money.
This restaurant use to carry good food. They must have changed the chef. The king fish was fried hard and the rice n peas taste like they put ginger in it. why??? Not to mention the carrot juice was just awful. No lie it taste like vinegar in it. And they have the nerve to be more expensive than the other Golden crust's. The one by stonecrest mall is delicious all the time and the snapper is wayyy cheaper than here.Stone mountain have excellent food too. This place has changed. So disappointed.
