We had a wonderful experience with Mattress Firm. Kevin spent a great deal of time with my elderly parents (and my husband and myself) to help them pick the perfect mattress. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. When the mattress was delivered to them, there was a problem with the height and the installers had already left the job. We called the store and spoke to Kenny and he assured us he would try to find a solution. At that point he and Kevin went to my parents' home and the two of them adjusted the mattress and made sure that my mother would have no problem getting in and out of the bed. I do believe Kevin may have come in from his day off to help with this! The folks at the Mattress Firm at Epps Bridge went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and if I could get them an EXTRA star, I would!

Found two great beds and the process was enjoyable, even though we were shopping with our two small boys! Our sales consultant Wallace was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us the space we needed to lay on bed after bed and discuss how we liked them without breathing down our necks. This was our 4th time purchasing from the Athens Mattress firm and we will be back in the future. Tried another store and came back to Athens! We are always able to come to a fair price on great beds there.
