Customer service sucked
Always satisfied with work done at Mr Fixit! Have used Mr Fixit for many years!
These guys are professional as can be. They were able to swap my battery in a timely manner. While I was waiting I saw a guy getting his laptop back that wasn’t fixable, and they didn’t charge him a dime. I highly recommend using them for any devices needing repair.
Made my appointment to have an iPhone screen repaired and didn’t realize they were closing early. The staff were all super friendly about it, and Chad (I believe that was his name) did the job in like 15 minutes, super fast and very neat and good work! Definitely going back if I have any more issues!
This is my second experience with Mr.Fix, I have taken two iPhones in for repairs(screens busted and pieces missing) (I have 2 boys lol) anyhow both times from the phone call on price to picking up the phones was amazing! Friendly staff, knowledgeable about their service, quick and efficient, and no problems with either device after we picked them up! I give them 5 stars and would recommend them over and over again! Thanks Mr.fix it for saving us from buying new phones!
