They arrived on time. Were very professional and listened to everything I had to say. They took very good care of my belongings. An item broke during transit, but they immediately told me what happened and how to file a claim. Still waiting on the results for the claim, but I have a feeling it will all work out. I highly recommend Titan movers.

When I needed a small amount of items LOADED into a truck I was quoted $100 per hour for 2 loaders plus $50 for travel expenses. I gave a deposit for $100. The scheduler and I agreed my balance was $50. I took very copious and detailed notes of my conversation with the scheduler. They did send an email regarding their Terms and Policies when confirming my appointment. It is not like me to not read documents such as this especially with my legal background, however, I was busy and thought it to be a confirmation of my quote. Three (one stated he didn't have anything to do so he was tagging along) courteous and efficient young men showed up and finished loading in approximately 45 minutes. Because of their performance I gave Titan an Extra Star. I signed the iphone document one of the loaders provided at the end of the job. After my move, I checked the charges on my credit card and discovered I was charged an additional $250, not $50, and for a total of $350! When I called Titan the young man said he would have the boss call me. Subsequently, the boss said I was overcharged $100. When questioned regarding the rate he did not acknowledge what I was told. After reading in detail the document Titan emailed it did say a 2 hour minimum, yet I was never TOLD that. My only recommendation for TITAN is ... BUYER BEWARE, AND MAKE CERTAIN YOU READ EVERYTHING, as this company does NOT stand by what you are verbally told.

I wasted time and money dealing with this company. While making an appointment we verbally agreed on one date and time, then the verification email stated another date and time. I contacted the company and was told I had to choose another date because the original agreed upon date and time was not available.nWhen I made the appointment, I stated I was needing a move for the heavy items in my home that I cannot move alone. I was quoted a price and agreed upon the quoted price.nOnce the movers were done, I was told to sign off on a price a did not agree to. The price was $100 more than expected. The movers stated the it was for heavy items. I had to contact the manager to clear up the confusion. The manager told me that the additional $100 was for a special truck that was needed for heavy items. My heavy items consisted of a washer, dryer, sectional sofa, dresser, deep freezer and 3 small desks. By the end of the conversation the manager said she needed to speak with the owner.nOnce she called me back she agreed that the company would refund the $100 as long as i leave a good review for the company. I agreed as long as the company would hold up her end of the agreement. I waited 3-5 business days and never received anything. I called and was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call back. From that moment, my calls were being screened and none of my other calls were ever answered.nDon't use this company. They are not reliable and continually lie about quotes, contracts, and agreements.

Movers were polite and pleasant. Did a good job in packing and unpacking with care!! However they were late due to truck issues (things happen..I get it) however, when I called, they were aware movers would be behind schedule but did not reach out to inform me. Other than that the movers did their part!nOverall a good experience!

Movers was excellent, handles my furniture very professionally and made sure I was well taken care of. Would highly recommend.
