The ladies at this location are a dream and MUCH nicer than the stores on Watson Blvd!! I'm not sure if y'all just come in and catch them on a bad day (from the reviews I read) but I've witnessed some very rude customers and nice ones whenever I've come to make my payment or just coming in the store because I needed a question answered. Most people in customer service tend to give you what you what you come at them with and although it's not good for customer service we also have to realize that these girls are doing a job but also are human as well. JOB WELL DONE LADIES!
Option of giving a negative star wasn't there so I had to settle for 1. the customer service at this location was trash. was in store for 15 mins and no one ever asked if we needed help. the two ladies that were there came off very rude and only had time to talk to eachother. so if you need help with metro don't waste your time at this one.
Lady was very helpful. I am satisfied!
