Terrible customer service and they are not completely honest with their customers when it come to buying items from the store
I absolutely love this store. They are very kind and helpful. They always make you feel welcomed.
They are very professional and friendly! They were able to get me the free phones! The lady named Connie was very nice and didn't let me leave until the phones were completely up and running! Thank you!!! The only Metro PCS store in the area that is excellent!! Way to Go! Also I have great coverage where I live at! I highly recommend any Samsung phones or iPhones because they have the best reception out of all of the other brands of phones!!
These people charged me over 60 dollars for 2 phone cases and screen protectors telling me that I was paying for my bill. Now my phone is off.
