Went in last night to upgrade and was greeted by a nasty and disrespectful sales rep. Looked to maybe be Hispanic. Claimed the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock but once I left, online showed plenty at the location. Guessing he was too worried about rushing me back out the door being close to closing time. He also made a few rude remarks before I made the decision to just deal with online ordering instead. Stick to the Booth location folks! They appreciate your business much more. 0 stars!!
Awesome experience! Went in for an upgrade and was greeted by everyone. The assistant manager Sam made the process so easy and extremely quick. Definitely will be returning!
I had the pleasure of being helped by Sam. His customer service was SUPERB. I was undecided on which phone that I wanted to purchase but he took his time and explain the features for each one. I am one satisfied customer!!
I’m ALWAYS welcomed by the staff upon entering the store. Sam is the most knowledgeable salesperson that I’ve experienced as it pertains to phones. Would recommend anybody to visit this location.
Nobody greeted me or anyone else that walked in after me. A customer in a wheelchair was expected to open the door for himself while the associate helped the next person. Then associate Michelle, who was wearing her mask below her nose (really what's the point of that), took a personal call instead of helping me. When she saw I was annoyed she told the person she had a customer and to text her. I'm not happy with this experience and don't recommend anyone wasting their time going to this store.
