This location is amazing! Josh is knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. While I didn't catch their names, the other two staff on the floor were just as engaging and helpful. I have no wish to upgrade my phone every week, but I do hope to see them again.
Great customer service from Hunter Christ. Switched to T-mobile sim card and he had me in and out in no time. Great young man.
I love this store! Whenever I come in I look for Zykeria to assist me. Her personality is Amazing especially when I've had a long day Managing my employees. She's extremely funny and very knowledgeable. Management is very lucky to have her! Be careful T-Mobile, I may offer her a position :) Every Corporation needs a Zykeria on their team. The staff was friendly & helpful. Sam helped me start a new plan with T-mobile and pick out a phone. I’m extremely indecisive, but he was patient & knowledgeable, and I appreciated the great service. Thank you Sam and T-mobile staff!
Sam and Sean both provided excellent customer service. Sam assisted me in finding the right device in such short notice, and he was patient and friendly.nSean provided great ideas, options, and suggestions for other options while I was making decisions for my new phone. Sam also took his time to ensure I was thoroughly well educated on my new device. Both Sam and Sean did an awesome job and made me feel comfortable.nThis was a great experience. All the other customer service representatives were friendly and down to earth as well. I appreciate their professionalism and assistance in a time of need. They put a smile on my face.
