Pre ordered from this place for my last couple of new releases I’ve bought. They never have the game in the day of release, or they end up cancelling the day before if I get something like a collectors edition. I gave this place plenty of chances, and I will be preordering from Best Buy from now on.

For people who mandate masks the employees don’t adhere to the policy. The red headed girl and the other associate. One had their mask on halfway and the other didn’t at all. I’ll corporate tomorrow to file a formal.nnBtw the corporate policy is to wear a mask but can’t enforce it per GameStop’s guidance to their employees.

Alex was always super helpful the store manager. But the rest of the staff suffered from not having any c/s skill or not caring for the work they do . Not helpful at all . Seem to be bother for them to get any questions or inquiries over the phone n in person . Their answer to everything is call another store .why work in a retail store n give away sale to another store ? And when you caught them on a lie or the game they tell you they dont have but they clearly have it and you point it out to them . All they give you is a sorry with a fake laugh. So don’t worry guys I wont be going back to your store to make you guys work . So you can just relax all day n do nothing at work .
