We have nothing but the most glowing praise of our Move team and of the overall process from start to finish! Working with the Relocation Mgr, Bill Harrison and the Move Coordinator, Robin McLemore, had already given us great confidence before our actual move. But we were equally impressed by the teams that completed our Local move! The teams arrived on time (both Thurs 2/11 to pickup and Fri 2/12 to deliver), they were well prepared, protected our floors and walls, and were absolute gentlemen. Not to mention, they were all some of the hardest working guys we've ever seen! We especially appreciate their politeness and genuine sense of care of our items and during the stress of moving. Please be sure to acknowledge them all among their leadership and colleagues. We are tremendously grateful for all of their jobs well done and will happily recommend your company to others.

A very competitive price for our storage for 2 months and our cross country move. Ga.-Ca. Bill Harrison did a great job on estimating the price. Was only off by $150. He even cut us a deal on the storage price. Robin McLemore in the office was very responsive. Even after we changed the delivery window twice. I would definitely use Allied again.

The sales rep, Bill Harrison, was fair, and helpful in his assessment of the cost of the move and helped create a timetable and strategy that worked well for me.nnAs move coordinator, Robin McClemore was responsive to my phone calls and questions. Her customer service was excellent.nnTheresa of Berger did a partial packing of fine art. She was efficient and professional.nnTheir transport/shipping crew, under the leadership of the driver, Roberto Macias, were outstanding in their efficiency, speed, customer communication and punctuality. They moved my piano and some fragile antiques with no damage to those items.nnIn an industry where one often finds sleight of hand and nightmare moving experiences, this team at Berger Allied stands among the most efficient, transparent and committed to customer satisfaction. I recommend them without reservation.

Bill and Robin were great. The best. The movers, not so great. They were very rough with the loading and unloading. especially the unloading. They damaged things we can't replace. That's all I need to say.
