Scheduling was a bit tricky as we had to allow for a full day at the destination due to the distance from the distribution center. At our origination, it was no problem. Two recommendations: 1 - follow the advice of the driver for the location to drop the trailer. They know what they're doing and have seen things that may cause problems that you would never think of. 2 - Use one size of moving box to make packing the trailer easier. The team we hired to load the trailer said it was more difficult to try and fit different sized boxes efficiently in the trailer.

This is my second UPack / ABF move - Love this company!!!....Their customer service is top notch and so easy to work with...have changes?..no sweat!nnOur household goods were on the trailer 4 months between pickup and delivery (stored on the trailer awaiting new home closing date)....when we opened the doors to remove OUR locks...no issues...no leaks and nothing broken...Hallelujah!!!nnMoving is never a pleasant event but these guys make it easier!

Overall, our experience was good. When the trailer was delivered, the inside was pretty dirty, so we had to sweep it out. Our biggest issue wast the loading ramp; it was problematic because it is very heavy and had to be loaded back in the truck at the end. This would not have been a problem if we'd only used half the truck's space, but we used all 28 feet which left no room for the ramp to go back in. It is inconvenient to plan space around the ramp if you need all the space in the truck. It would be better if they designed the ramps to be stored underneath the trailer. This is our only complaint. We had to make additional arrangements for the ramp to be picked up separately.

It started off good, the drivers were okay. However once the trailer arrived at our destination, and was unloaded we had difficulties getting them to pickup their trailer. They gave us a scheduled time to have the trailer picked up and did not pick it up. We were harassed by our HOA and even after mentioning it to them they took their time coming to pick up the trailer. I am beyond livid and will not recommend them to others I know that were interested in using the company.
