Yesterday was my first time going to this particular location. I generally handle my business over the phone with T-Mobile's customer service. I got a new phone, and needed more hands on assistance. I give this store 5 stars because of an employee by the name of Liz. She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Not only with me, but with the customers and other employees. I'm already a fan of T-Mobile and their customer service. This is just one more reason why I'm happy to be apart of a growing and caring company!
I received excellent service from Liz and laura. Great customer service. Awesome attitude. Would recommend this location to anyone.
Laura was so awesome. She showed me all of my options and patiently set up two lines of service for me. I don't know what I would have done without her. This will always be my go to T-Mobile location!
