Energy Source Pools

I walked in to the right place , I inquired about the process of getting a pool in my back yard and the office staff sat down with me and got all my information and what kind of pool, size ect... told me the necessities needed and how long it would take the details of getting my dream pool in my back yard and how the crew made sure everything was built to perfection so when they were done all I had to do was dive in ! Thank you so much for taking the time for me and my family the safety measures you took to make me happy , I love the pool and I know I didn’t take a dive with another company !! Thank you

I recently moved to the Tri-cities and purchased a house with a pool, I know nothing about pools other than to swim in them. I found Energy Source on line and immediately called the store, the women in the office were very friendly and encouraged me to come for free water testing, which i thought was amazing because I do not understand the home water testing kit i bought. Turns out they actually built my pool and was able to get me all the manuals for my equipment as well as a home owner pool manual. I am so thankful that I found this amazing store!

Energy source has built two custom pools for us. Their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them. Great people to work with, and our next pool will be built by them!!!

Energy Source touts themselves as higher quality and great service. Our experience included multiple calls to get ANY service and when the cover track separated from the concrete we learned they'd used screws that rusted instead of stainless steel. Definitely not a company I'd recommend. Note the only 5 star review is them reviewing themselves.
