Eastern Silk Spa & Massage Richland

Called ahead and asked for a couples massage and we were told to come in, upon arrival (They made us prepay) Me & my wife were put into separate rooms after we told them multiple times we were there for the couples massage, so far very disappointing as this was supposed to be our date idea ud83dude20 Either way we decided to go ahead with the massages and can’t say we were impressed... I’ve definitely got quality and more thorough massages elsewhere. To start off my masseuse used cold lotion and massaged me under a sheet for the majority of the massage, very strange and just felt like someone sliding a sheet around and barely tapping your back, she didn’t massage my feet at all... Not sure if that’s just not included or what.. But to top it all off, as me & my wife were heading out, we get stopped and crowded by both her masseuse and mine basically blocking the entrance and told to tip. We were shocked at their cornering approach but offered them a $20 tip on top of the two $120 worth of massages we had already prepaid for before the massages. We then were cornered again and told “No, $20 each, $20 for her and $20 for me” I was very appalled at this method of them deciding their own tip amount! They demanded an extra $40 for a tip for very sub par service?!?! They bullied my wife into feeling obligated to make us tip this absurd amount and we walked out feeling cheated and scammed out of $160!! Do not come here!! Area is already pretty sketchy and looks like it’s connected to some kind of motel. DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS!!!! We fell for them and ended up highly disappointed! ud83dude21ud83dude21

Great massage ud83dudc4dud83dudc4c incredible. I was not as Happy as I want to be at the end, but the massage was incredible. Great atmosphere and very comfortable and heated table. Better than it was before under another business name. I don't think there are extras on the menu. Highly recommend.

Great massage! The first couple of times I went was wonderful, after a couple months when I was purchasing a massage and was asked to give the tip upfront which I thought was rude so I ended up not coming back!

I loved the massage enough to stay for two hours! Very experienced and professional. I have slept like a baby for 3 days! No back aches.
