Jaclyn and Burton made the difficult and somewhat stressful process of downsizing so much easier for me and my husband! After carefully listening to our unique situation, they helped us choose the size and location of the storage units that best fit our needs. They even checked on us while we were moving in to make sure that we were satisfied and to ask if we needed anything! Wow!!! We’ve rented storage units many times in the past and have never experienced such personalized attention by people who genuinely seemed to care. My husband and I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage at McGinnis Ferry- the facility and the wonderful staff!

I recently spoke with Burton in the Extra Space Storage management office located at 5110 McGinnis Ferry Rd, and he was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. Regarding all of the units in Extra Space Storage, they are well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible. The doors to each unit are easy to open and close, and the locks that can be purchased in the management office provide reassuring security. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility for anyone looking for a reasonably priced, conveniently located, clean, safe, secure, and professionally managed storage facility.

I just moved here from California and needed a space to store my items and this Extra Space Storage location was so convenient and easy to work with! I reserved a unit online and got a call from Mark within 10 minutes and we secured the unit to ensure that it was still there on the planned move in date. He was very kind, helpful, and great overall! He let me know about the contract and what to look forward to. Thank you Mark and Extra Space Storage for all the help!

This location always has amazing customer service. Yesterday evening it was exceptional. It was right at closing time and I needed assistance with my unit. Burton stayed and helped me with my issue and even took additional time out to show me a shorter route to another elevator to get to my unit. I was very appreciative for his sincerity and helpfulness. Especially since the issue was due to my personal error. Thank you a thousand times over for your superior customer service Burton!!!!!!

Just booked our first storage unit and it was such an easy process. The manager was so helpful and answered all of our questions. She was a huge help and didn’t mind that we showed up right before closing. Highly recommend this location.
