Extra Space is wonderful to work with!nThey were full at the location that I called, but recommended another location that was a little more distant but even more cost effective.nnEarl, at the 3130 Peachtree Pkwy location, is super friendly, super helpful and great to work with. He explained everything and made signing up, and moving in a breeze.nHe made himself available even after hours to help me out.nnI could not recommend Earl or Extra Space more highly. They are great.
I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Earl at Extra Space Storage. Earl called me first thing in the morning, after an online inquiry the night before. He was so nice and knowledgeable and gave me options to best suit my needs at the most affordable price. Earl’s customer service was exemplary and I have peace of mind knowing that he’s there to look out for me.
Earl was always quick to help with a friendly attitude. Facilities were clean and comfortable. BEST experience I've ever had ANYWHERE. Secure and quiet too.
Clean, convenient and Earl (manager) is very helpful. A pleasant experience. I feel my belongings are safe and protected. No complaints! Would recommend it.
Earl was amazing, supremely helpful. He gave directions, and had everything setup when i got to my unit. Even helped me go through options when i needed to increase my storage needs. Great guy!
