Love Love Love this Store! Such a welcomed edition to the area. Great selection of hand picked décor, furniture and home goods. They also offer personalized interior design consults in the store! I have now been in several times for myself and to pick up gifts and have never left disappointed. Their warm and inviting customer service is an added bonus.

I am a regular at CH Home. The store has made accessorizing our lake cabin so easy and fun. I have popped in countless times to buy a precious gift for all kinds of occasions. Last week, we had a birthday to celebrate, and 3 friends showed up with gifts from CH Home. Everyone in our area has a go-to shop for lovely gifts, furnishings, and accessories. Can't live without it!

I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in CH Home. The reason there are two stars here is because I found pillows I had been searching for for weeks with the help of my decorator. I finally found them here, but no thanks to Kim or her staff. It was only because my decorator and I went through every pillow in the store. We brought pillows over and returned them to their proper places, and put together 3 pillows at approximately $100.00 each. I bought 3 on approval, and as we were leaving my decorator saw 2 more that were a perfect match for my sofa at home. (Another $200.00). She did all the work, and the store would not honor her decorator status because she had not filled out the paperwork. It’s not like I was buying a candle, and it’s not like she had not brought several customers in previously and made purchases. She had just lost her husband and the response I got when I mentioned that to Pam was a shrug of the shoulders. SERIOUSLY? I took the 5 pillows on approval and they were perfect, but I was going to return them because of how rude the sales people were. When I told my husband, he said they wouldn’t care anyway, and he was probably right. It made me so sad. No customer service, no help moving pillows, not even help to my car with 5 huge pillows and the others I had brought in. Suffice it to say, I doubt I’ll go back unless I hear there was a nice apology to my decorator and friend.

I'm in the process of updating a few different rooms and two different friends told me that I should visit CH Home for furniture and decorations. I'm so happy that I took their advice! I found two great end tables and lamps, new pillows, and so many small decorative items to fill the shelves. They also had lots of fun gifts and the best candles like others have said. I am sure that I will be back often.

Billy and Cristi are awesome and my wife and I love this place!nnWe’ve gotten a few items for ourselves and it’s always a go to when we need a gift.nnAll the items that we have purchased here have looked great and really held up well!
