I had a really good time in this store. First of all, the workers work masks! Nice! The also employed the use of plastic barriers. Second, the store was immaculate. There was hardly an item out of place and it was extremely easy to find the screws I needed for my project. And finally, the people working here were upbeat, kind, and helpful. All around great experience!

I have been trying to replace my carpet for quite sometime now. The challenge is to 1. Decide on what carpet to buy 2. From where. Which fiber, Quality and comparative shopping are impossible in the carpet space. Shelly from Lowe's in flooring simplified it for me greatly. She is greatly knowledgeable, fabulously customer focused and guides you accurately based on your needs. I bought mine today !! Will post an update after the install. Shelly is the Best !!!!!!!!!!

This location is always my number stop to get this done, and Shelly Samples is by far one of the best staff at this location. She always seems to go above and beyond even when the product is not available on site. She helped me on several occasions to go online, compared products just to look for my broken product manufacturers numbers. Thanks so much for your help.

Avoid this John's Creek Lowe's! Also avoid ordering appliances that require delivery by their third party vendor, Spirit Logistics. The delivery company pays no attention to the delivery window and will return your item to the store if you are not available 4+ hours earlier than the window. Nearly impossible to reach a manager at the John's Creek Lowe's. When I finally got through on the 4th attempt (call dropped 3 times after holding) there was no follow up and the delivery experience was even worse on day 2. The Johns Creek Lowe's manager also never refunded the haul away fee which I didn't use, as he promised. I ended up days later at the Roswell store, where the manager was kind and took her time to make sure the refund was addressed.
