A visit to the Sleep Galleria at the John's Creek location resulted in me making a purchase of a massage chair. Wade was the sales representative at the time of my purchase. Wade provided me with a demonstration and information on all the chairs available. Wade was very knowledgeable of the chairs. He was very professional, courteous, and very helpful in getting me the best chair for my needs. Wade took the time out to answer all my questions, and went over and beyond my expectations. Thanks Wade for helping me select a great chair.

Great shopping experience. Wade was very patient and allowed me to try numerous massage chairs, before I bought mine. Based on the shopping experience I recommended Sleep Galleria, but no longer. To be transparent, I was asked to write a review before leaving the store in order to qualify for a monthly $250 drawing.nnUpdate: 3/2/21nI am amending my review because although I had a great shopping experience, the delivery was a disaster. One of the two installers was inexperienced and improperly installed the chair resulting in a damaged foot massager as well as a punctured armrest. The installers lied to the management when reporting the issue to imply it was a manufacturer defect. I’m hopeful the store will correct this issue but I feel the lack of training and even more so the apparent lack of integrity are an issue with Sleep Galleria. I will update this review accordingly as a resolution is reached. Not a happy customer today.nnUpdate 3/6/21nI still have no update as to a shipping date. No one from the store has reached out to me. I am having to contact them each time to get an update. I can no longer recommend the Johns Creek location or Sleep Galleria for that matter. A simple call to keep me up to date on the resolution would have sufficed. Or maybe a call from a manager since your installers ripped my chair.

Excellent customer service experience! Stephen helped us tremendously. He took into consideration what our needs were based on how we slept and pointed us in the right direction. He also allowed us to take our time trying different mattresses and wasn't pushing to make a sale. Highly recommend shopping here, your time is valued by the employees!

I’ve been searching for a massage chair for months and this location has several in the store to choose from. Stephen and Wade made my shopping experience wonderful!! Excellent customer service, selection of massage chairs and pricing. I’ll be back for a new mattress soon due to the exemplary service.

We had a great experience! Patrick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products in the store, and guided us to a great purchase! As a company, they make you feel like they are catering to all your sleep needs. The massage chairs and incredible smell of the store help you feel so relaxed!
