Very happy with camera so far. Nice to not have to go into the field to check my camera now. Definitely see 4-5 more of these in my future. Taking a bit to figure out all of the functions and different options in the setup menu, but that’s part of the fun.
I’m not one to leave negative reviews. I always reach out directly to the company first and give them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, Spartan will not respond to my emails. I sent my camera in for repair and was told when they put a new antenna on, it worked fine. The photo they took at their office even showed up on my app so I am aware that they did get it working, however, when I received the camera back from Spartan it did not work again. I have another Spartan camera that works just fine, but this one is lemon. This is the 3rd antenna and 2nd SIM card on this camera. I’ve sent multiple emails to them this week but no luck receiving a reply. This is my last ditch effort to get this resolved. Could someone please get back with me!???
Great experience and easy to use and takes great pictures! I’ve read 100’s of reviews on cameras and this camera and camera company stuck out! Great purchase!
These are great folks to work with. And great service.
I love my Spartan camera’s and the battery packs. No more changing AA for me.
