We recently upgraded and switched a few lines over to T-Mobile. Matt did an excellent job of patiently working with me to migrate my line over from Sprint, my wife's line over from Verizon, and getting a new line for my daughter. Matt is extremely professional, and after completing the transaction, he explained to me the device credits and my monthly charges, which was very helpful. T-Mobile is now my daughter's favorite store, and great to see customer service at a local store.nnMatt, Thank you so much. You Rock!!!
Wonderful experience! After my phone finally bit the dust, I was very worried it would be a disaster to get a new one and thought it would be nearly impossible to have my contacts transferred. Alex was so lovely and helped me in an efficient and timely manner. I am so dense when it comes to technology and she took the time to find the solution to get some of my contacts back. She is a gem!!! Give that girl a raise!!!
Absolutely wonderful customer service for a non phone issue. Came in to purchase a portable phone charger about my car had issues and my phone died. Aaron (sp?) was pleasant and responsive as soon as I entered the store. If Sprints customer service improves to this level as a result of the merger, we will all be better for it. Thank you!
Leo did an excellent job handling my switch from android to iphone (despite his personal affinity for Samsung ud83dude09). He sets a good standard for what customer service should be!
