Waste of time. Untrained staff. I love T-Mobile, but there needs to be more training for some of their store employees. I usually have a great experience so it seems it’s just this location that is lacking.

The customer service and attention the staff give to customers are second to none! Not only did we leave with what we were looking for, the manager and the young lady staff member(Jayla I think) who assisted us, explained the plans, options and most cost effective way to get the most bang for our buck.nnGreat store!!!

Great store, fast and THOROUGH information. Friendly staff (especially Jay, Tasha, and O’Neal!) came into the store with a billing issue and all three of them explained everything, and was nothing but nice! 10 / 10 would recommend!!!!!!
