I relocated here from NYC during my retirement from being an Officer with over 23yrs of service. That said lve encountered thousands of personalities both non and professional. I've also shopped at various Publix Shopping Centers through out Georgia for over 11yrs of residing here. Manager Miranda and her staff are definitely beyond the best when it comes to courtesy professionalism and genuine care to customers. My experience only gets better with each visit and it is my favorite place to shop!
First time ever dropping off prescription at Publix Pharmacy. Pharmacist says it'll be 30 min what's a good phone #. I give him number. I shop around(cleanest store ever!) After 30 min me thinking I would get a text, I go to my car to wait. After 10 more minutes I decided to go in and inquire. My prescription had been filled soon after 5:20. Never assume they will call. Need to ask next time what procedure is.
I love this Publix because it's always well stocked, neat and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's never too crowded when I shop. The check out is always fast and with no lines. I usually find here the stuff I cannot find in bigger stores. It's a great shopping experience overall.
Publix where shoping allways a pleasure
As I looked lost, floating through the aisles of Publix, a young man stopped me and asked if he could help me find something. He patiently helped me find what I was looking for. At checkout, the young lady offered to assist me to my car with my groceries. What a hospitable group of people.
