I went in after doing a run at Big Creek Greenway today, and the employees were more than pleasant and provided excellent customer service! They were very attentive to the needs of myself and the customer in front of me. The man at the counter (I never got his name) was so generous as well, providing me with an extra cookie on the house, which really made my day today! Not to mention, the cookies were absolutely delicious too, I got the sugar cookie and the almond white chocolate ones. I will certainly be returning and 100% recommend that you give this place a try. Keep up the good work :)

Delicious cookies and delivery time is spot on. Customer service on the other hand, not great. I purchased cookies under a promotion of spending $25 then get a $25 gift card. When I didn't receive the gift card, I called and was told I needed to wait a couple more weeks. I waited and checked my email for it, but never received it. When I reached out to customer service on the website, I was told that it was sent to me and had now expired. So they offered me a coupon not another gift card. I sent them screenshots of my email showing that a gift card was never received on the date they specified. No apologies. No cares that I don't plan to shop with them again. Just an offer to spend more money. No thanks.nn——— Update———-nA manager called me and honored the gift card as well as sent me complimentary cookies.
