Excellent service. Employees were courteous and polite. The facility was clean. The food was a little sloppy but otherwise good.

Food was fine, but it was the loud young staff that turned me away from coming back to study and eat. This review excludes the kind older gentleman who comes around to clean and sanitize and the younger gentleman who consistently checks in on the customers as they're dining and studying. The young staff was excessively loud and distracting each time I visited. I literally could not hear my own music in my headphones over their loud commotion. I could only hear them laughing loudly and goofing off that I had to get up and leave before being able to finish what I came to do. Hopefully this will change soon.

Great grilled cheese sandwich awesome soup. I love the fact that they have a drive-thru for this restaurant.

One of the best experiences I've had at any food place. The best part was an older gentleman who is from (and I hope I remember this correctly) from Belgium. One of the nicest human beings on the planet and he was sure to keep checking in on me and the family. We have two kids and this amazing soul (who is old enough to be my grandfather) took time to interact with my boys (5 and 1) when they were being a bit fussy during dinner. I truly wish I could have had some cash on me cause I'd have given him all I had. Truly exceptional. I do hope he's being well taken care of by the store!nnAlso, the cashier was super nice and actually gave us a few extra croutons and ranch for our salad. My wife is pregnant and requested me to ask on her behalf. The cashier was so amazing that without missing a beat she grabbed two packets of each and gave it to us. Super kind gesture.nnIt's the PEOPLE that make the establishment. These people (and panera food) were amazing.

Decent enough Panera if you are ordering in person at the counter. Pretty awful if you order through the app. First time, I sat for 15 min next to the rapid pick up shelf, while my order sat behind the counter. I only got it once I asked if it was mine. Second time I got the alert my order was ready and on the shelf, still no order. It hadn't been made yet.
