So I wrote a review about an Einstein’s Bagel in Buford GA last week because they were absolutely horrible with customer service. The bagels are always awesome!nnHowever, the Einstein’s Bagel in John’s Creek is the polar opposite to the One in Buford. I will only visit this one from now on! The morning Manager (Saturday November 21, 2020) and her team are absolutely amazing. They remember us and are just kind and sweet. The manager is a wonderful person. To have a short conversation with and so is her staff. They are quick, precise, and professional. Kudos to her and her wonderful TEAM!
Tried the new brisket egg sandwich today. Spectacular. Lucky for me I had a BOGO coupon. Guess what I am having for breakfast tomorrow.
The workers were very helpful and kind. I was very happy witb my bagels. Wlll definitely go back
Very efficient service, but I would have liked to choose some flavors to be included in my bagel box instead of just having them all selected for me. Next time I will make sure to tell them to include the favorites.
