I needed a same day move they showed up on time got my stuff packed up and moved quickly and professional with no problem i would use them again thanks guys good job

I hired them because they sounded so professional. This was the worst move of my life. They were 2 hours late. They took forever to load my furniture and then informed me they could not deliver my furniture and all my belongings. What! They are scammers. They had my belongs and didn't deliver until the next day. I had no way of finding out where they took my items and how I could get my items back. Then, the next day they would not unload until I paid them a higher amount. I had to call the police. On top of that they broke my glass table, dropped my washing machine, and broke my vanity table. And that's all I saw as of today. I had to sleep on the floor, because they had my furniture. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM BEFORE DOING MORE RESEARCH!

This service was horrible they lied and said they can do a same day move as long as a deposit was made. I paid the deposit instantly waited all day just to be told late that evening no one could move me.nNever received my deposit back they rescheduled the move for the next day said driver would show Driver was calling saying he was running late.yet again a whole hour behind schedulenThis company is a joke and I have still not received my deposit back yet it’s been 3 days still no refund for the deposit I paid for same day service that I never received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! According to one of her employees, she is not even insured!!!Though the movers were fairly quick and efficient, one of the guys stole my Apple Watch during the move. They were left unattended in my bedroom to allow space for them to move my furniture (my watch was on the night stand...my mistake). For reference, I moved from Dallas, Ga to Acworth, Ga. About an hour after they left my move, I decided to ping my watch bc I thought I misplaced it. My watch showed up in Stone Mountain, Ga (nowhere even close to either location). I called the owner, Tammy and told her what happened and she asked me how could I prove it. I told her I have an address via Find My iphone app and she should check her employees’s address to match it up. She told me she would speak with them and call me back. It’s been almost 24 hours with no word back and every time I call her (which has been approx 4-5 times today), she sends my calls to voicemail...clearly avoiding me. I have already files a police report and will be filing a suit if necessary.

UNPROFESSIONAL THEIVES!!!nThe crew we used, Paul, Jay and Derrick were all very respectful and accommodating. However Tammy, the owner, was very UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful to me and her crew. She cursed them out bc they went over time even included them in group texting as leverage to justify charging additional fees. I also have reason to believe this company is NOT bonded or insured. Another crew from this company recently moved my daughter and stole her Apple watch... Dummies obviously didn't realize it could be tracked to its location (Stone Mountain). Go figure...this company operates from an address in Lithonia!
