Our overall experience and first impression with this particular company at this location was top notch. Immediately after my God-daughter reserved and paid the deposit for a storage unit, she received a call from Mr. Carl, the assistant manager to confirm our reservation. His customer service , tone, demeanor and professionalism was phenomenal and always presented a warm smile. I love Extra Space Storage on Panola Road. All of the staff are very pleasant and professional. Today Mr. Carl assisted me and my family with obtaining a larger unit. He made sure that I had the best option available. Visit this location for prompt, professional service.

What a remarkable experience!
