I have been driving for Volume, for two weeks. However, I can say, without reservation, this company treats their drivers with absolute respect. The are continuously striving to improve and meet the needs of their clients and they have a real understanding, that to do this, they need happy drivers, to get the loads delivered on time. They truly care about everyone who works with them.nnThey strive to maintain their equipment and how much you make in a week, is really up to you. They will give you great miles, if you want them. If you want to be home more, they will help you with that, too. It's really up to you.nnThey do govern your speed at 65 for the first 30 days. Then up it to 68, as of the time of this post.nnAt this point, and I don't see it changing any time soon, I have finally found my trucking home. I'm truly happy with Volume and I would gladly and whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone, to work for as a driver, or as a carrier of their product.

I work with multiple dispatchers at volume and I can say as a broker they are one of the best companies out there. They are always truthful deliver on time and are always trying to get me their trucks. I will continue to offer my loads to them before any other company out there. You can’t go wrong with a volume truck

Driver! you do not want to go to this place they will tell you minimal information to get you to their orientation and they will not pay you what you are worth when you do get there Melissa and Wade are both liars and then become rude when you call them out on their lies drivers I warned you do not work for volume transportation !

I don’t like the pay structure and I don’t think that the recruiters give out the right info before you come they only tell you enough to get you to volume and the fueling is horrible to the fullest you can’t fuel in ga unless you’re getting emergency fuel which is only 50 gallons and the trucks are straight trash they will have you leaving out on your first day of loads with a lemon and after that they will give you another one.
