First off, I believe in exceptional customer service. Derek and the young lady in the office have exceptional customer service, they are the reason for my review. Over the past week, I have talked with both of them several times over the phone for numerous reasons. And each time was like the first time, very courteous, professional and personable. Derek made sure that I received the best deal. After that he went and spit shined the unit for me.. I highly recommend metro storage, I feel like my items are in great hands. Thank you Derek and the young lady in the office.

This storage location is amazing. The customer service it top notch. They go out of their way to ensure that the customer is happy. We have been renting since November 2020 and I could not be more impressed.

When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by both staff members a male and a female. The female was helping another couple so I was helped by the male Daryl. Daryl's communication and customer service was 10/10. He valued my time while also providing me with all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. It was an extremely stressful event in my life that caused me to need a storage unit the A+ customer service I received really made a difference. I would definitely recommend that if you need a storage unit to check them out.

Metro Self Storage is conveniently located and definitely a great place for all your storage needs! The property is SUPER clean and well kept! The staff is pleasant and very professional. AND the prices are competitive for storage units and spaces.
