Don't get this! Far too confusing and no public service. Rented a unit and had i paid for but when I went there on Saturday afternoon the unit I was assigned had a blue lock on it. Of course no one present or answering a phone so unit was worthless to me after paying for it! I will not do service without a person available to talk to in person. Should have known better than to believe the so called convenience, not so! Requesting my money back and will go someplace with a service person available!
They prevent people from stealing the stuff my wife won't let me throw away.
I had their smallest unit and was very happy with it. Fit my queen bed, box spring, and giant wood frame, my large dresser, 5 large storage tubs, and lots more. Also, the customer service was excellent. The neighborhood isn't super pretty, and sometimes the main gate takes some elbow grease to move, however it's all worth it for the very competitive price.
Affordable but storage was broken into...i was here 3 months and got 3 email stating that units were broken into and to go check my storage.
Hard to open and close and lock exit gate.
