Decent place, nice and easy to get to even though it is slightly out of the way. they're security gate has a nice little feature of when you punch your code in it reminds you what unit number you're going to, that's a nice little bit.

Horrible business!! I called last week and wanted to reserve a unit and he owner told me I didn’t need to that soon and to call back in a week, I asked him if he was sure !! So I call a week later and they’re all full!! What a great business!! Was in a hurry to get me off the phone and now I am left without a storage unit when moving to Washington!! Perhaps him and his wife should hire help so that when people call to reserve a head of time someone won’t be too busy to take the time to rent it out!!
I was very happy with Queensgate Storage, it’s clean & has excellent security. Jeff & Lori are professional, easy to reach and very helpful. The online bill payer is an excellent bonus!
