Amazing customer service! You can tell that they actually care, and do thier best to help in any way they can! Their pricing is great too! Totally impressed by how clean it was, how easy to move in, and how secure. I could not ask for anything more that what they provide!
My sister talked to them about getting a lock cut off a unit. She made it clear that she'd be there between 9 and 6 the next day, like she was told she could. She showed up at 4 and they told her it was actually 10 to 3 and that they wont do anything. And then when she tried to explain what had happened to the woman at the counter, she was rude and unhelpful. The unit payment in due by the end of the week. It seems like they're just trying to get more money out of her, and have horrible customer service skills.
Their units are fairly priced, the staff is very helpful and will answer your questions to the best of their ability. Their rules for the units are layed out in a way you can understand them and they will explain them if you need them too. 5/5 - current renter
