It was extremely difficult to find a sales associate. When I finally found on he was nice and friendly.
Had exactly what I needed and the associated were so helpful and patient. I had a toilet clog for two days and I've been anxious and they alleviated so much of it. The staff at this store are wonderful and the store is well stocked.
Recently bought a property in the area, started shopping here because it was close and convenient to my new home. Well that was a mistake I’ve been sitting by the paint order here sign for 15 minutes. The associate at the register across from my pages someone. As I’m waiting 2 employees walk in here the painting area use the computer completely ignore me and go on about their business. I ask for a manager still 10 minutes later no one I’m completely ignored this is one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. I would’ve left but I bought my first batch of paint wasn’t sure I could get the same somewhere else. I’m definitely making sure my HOA, knows how we’re treated here.
Never answer the phones. Worst customer service. Said the product was in stock online. I even used their chat feature and it said it was ready to pick up. I get a call at 6 pm saying they didn’t have and I would have to pick it up from another location... then I saw I had a missed call an hour later.... tried calling back but no one answers the phone. Just a poor experience. Will never order from them online again. I will pay at the same time I receive the product.
Great service. The stores costumer service helper was very helpful with finding me exactly what I was looking and also made a great recommendation as to the part that I needed for my chandelier. I was very impressed.
