Our Sales person Faye Waters was excellent. Her patience was outstanding. She did not give up on us. She even let us sit while she searched and found the type of furniture we were looking for after our 3rd try. She explained and showed us what we could purchase and even told us of sales. They have a really good selection, the salespeople are fairly good but not exceptional. When the store first opened they were very helpful and attentive, now they are adequate. I will still shop there because of the selection and great finance options. Just don't get that same friendly impression any more, it's more of an imposition than a genuine desire to help.
Experience was great. My husband and I were greeted as soon we entered the store. We worked with Faye and she was great! She asked what we were looking for, I described it and she knew exactly what we were looking for. She held great conversation and made us feel welcomed. Transaction was smooth and I will be going back for future purchases.
My experience was , kinda slow at the beginning, but once I contacted Matthew, it went smoothly.. He was very courteous and patient with me as walk around looking for the item I saw online..it would have been 5, I had to go find salesperson. My overall experience was great
