Omar in the Lithonia,GA store provided excellent customer service. He was polite and helpful. He answered our questions and if he didn’t know the answers was willing to ask the manager or fellow workers. He was diligent and driven to satisfy the customer. My wife and I was impressed by his work ethic.

I just bought a house! So naturally I needed new furniture. I walked in and was completely overwhelmed by options before me. My anxiety took over but within moments Ms. Brenda stepped in and made it super slow with for me. She did not hound or harass me into purchasing something I was not comfortable buying. She was attentive kind and patient. She also gave me space, which allowed me to browse the selections with the comfort of knowing she's not too far away if I needed her. It was a phenomenal experience for me and I left the store confident in my purchase. Go see Brenda!

Pleasant experience. Liked the fact that they had a delivery option readily available and my new sofa is in my home now. The delivery people were quick and cordial. I had went to Ashley Furniture before actually going to American Signature in the same area and they had a guy they could call for delivery. They missed out on a sale and I got better options at American Signature Furniture.

This was one of my greatest experience at a furniture store thanks to the sale rep April. My mom needed a recliner because she just had back surgery and April help us pick out the perfect chair. She love it and we appreciate her being professional and very helpful. I hate that you can only give 5 stars cause April definitely deserves more.

We purchased a 9 piece nest from Tony at Value City in Grand Rapids, MI. we had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Tony was very patient as we took 100 measurements and was not pushy at all. Very helpful. Good experience.
