First I want to say I had a knowledgeable experience when searching for the right mattress. Manager Marques Frederick's was a excellent salesman. He went through steps to help me pick out my perfect mattress. He gave me an understanding of diffrent types and told me to try each one and explained to me how the mattress work from a knowledgeable depth. He made sure to help me through my whole experience. Mr. Marques made sure I was happy with my decision and gave me a full breakdown of how should I feel about investing into my new sleeping experience. I want give a high praises for Mattress Firm for hiring and well customer service man who knows his products and made me feel very welcome when I came to get my mattress.nnThank Marques Fredericks for your assistance!

My salesman was very knowledgeable and informative in helping me choose the right mattress for my needs. He did a quick survey to find out my needs and price range. And he satisfied my checklist with flying colors so far because I haven't slept in the bed yet. I must admit I am excited about my new mattress arriving and finally having a good night sleep.

I had the most awesome experience ever! Both Thaddeus Valentine and the Manager assisted my boyfriend and I with our purchase.nWe were so pleased with the Manager!!! Thank you so much for a great deal and great service. We are sooo excited about receiving our new bed! We will tell everyone to shop at this location (near Stonecrest mall)

The Salesman had a great personality and know the products. He listened to my needs. I asked for a particular mattress (Nectar $799) but he wanted to show me a much better mattress (almost 3 times the price of the Nectar) and another one that was priced between the 2. He did everything to get me the higher mattress. He never gave me the specifics on the Nectar. But after everything, I end up walking away with the Nectar, he wasn't too happy. But I couldn't see me paying $400 a month for a mattress. Although the price tag on the mattress was $799, I just noticed he charged me $899. He never went over the contract, all the information. A $899 mattress turned into almost $2500. I didn't realize I had to pay $65 until I got notification from my bank it was taken out. I never signed for it.... there's 2 places on the contract, and that part of the contract I never signed.nnIf I ordered direct from the website would've been cheaper and better. I just needed to find a place for my old mattress. I think I'm going to return it.

Moss is excellent! Today was my first time shopping for a mattress and he made my experience a very comfortable one. Moss is friendly and very knowledgeable about choosing the right mattress. I definitely recommend this mattress firm location if you’re looking for the perfect mattress for a great nights rest.
