Great service. Though I didn't expect to have to use their phone to port over my line. The good thing is the phone didn't inflated the monthly fee that much. They do offer friends and family discount!!
It takes awhile for anything you are trying to do
My experience upgrading my cell phone to Samsung 10+ was very satisfying. The salesman Mr. Walter Pam that helped me was very professional & knowledgeable about all the features on every phone. That information helped me make the best decision on which phone best fits my lifestyle and needs. Also he realized that the account I am under had several options and discounts that could be applied. In addition to that he realized that the military discount hadn't ever been applied to this long standing account and explained how adding that would save us money. I really appreciated how he took the time to go over every option and every feature on each items I was considering. He was friendly, personable and genuinely interested in getting me the best device for me. He deserves a big raise! He is truly an asset to your company. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
