Store was empty which was great, only 1 other person came in whilst I was there. Customer service is still top notch as always.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, at any type of establishment. I stopped going to this store years ago due to harsh, dry, and plain rude interactions with the employees. I had to actively say “hey I’m ready to check out” when I was waiting at the counter because an employee was on his phone at one point. Recently I went back in the store only due to the next gen console releases, after not shopping there for years, and was yelled at for asking if they had any systems. As if I’m a mind reader. I cannot express enough that whoever is hiring the employees is doing a terrible job finding quality individuals.
No complaints. I couldn't get any of the products I came for, but the associate was professional and guided me through the process of finding games that suit me, as well as the benefits of having a Power up Rewards Pro membership
I may not like their return policies but I do still love the place.
